The Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) training is just around the corner. The food preparation process involves various hazards. Prevent or eliminate these hazards through a structured plan, namely HACCP.

  • General introduction to food safety
  • The importance of food safety risks
  • Identification of potential food safety risks
  • Explanation of GAP and the HACCP system
  • Conducting risk analysis
  • Setting up a risk register.
